Meet RemoteLink’s Strategic Process Manager!
I love my job. I was asked to explain what I do here at RemoteLink, and I have to say, at first, it’s a little hard to define.
In a nutshell, I guess I’d say I help bring order to chaos. I spend my time drawing maps, writing instructions, and thinking through problems. I’m somewhat like a navigator. I don’t do the driving, but I do act like a GPS – telling you where you are, and helping you plot out where you should probably go next based on where you want to end up.
I’ve been with RemoteLink for a little over 6 years, and I’ve worn several different hats. Mostly, I’ve gone where the data is. Since our business is all about the customer, I’m most concerned with making sure our customer-related information is available when and where it’s needed most.
